Purchased in March prior to a move, as it was on sale. Arrived in June and opened the box, only to find 2 leg pieces missing.



Bravo Sports (manufacturer) policy is missing parts must be claimed within 30 days of purchase, with original receipt, blah blah blah...



Called Bravo Sports' "customer service" number several times to buy the parts they didn't sell me the first time, only to get automated msgs of 160+ minute waits. Gee, that's helpful...



Seems from posts here and elsewhere Bravo can't seem to include all parts, big or small, in its boxes. So buyer beware... you'll likely pay much more in $$ and frustration to get your trampoline up and running if you buy any Airzone unit. Be prepared to fabricate or jury-rig your missing parts, because Bravo can't answer the phone to (re)sell them to you. (BTW, this is our 3rd trampoline, 1st from Bravo, and last from them... we replace every 3 years due to rust, living in coastal areas).

My kids are enjoying this trampoline, I put the bottom together by myself fairly easily. Once we understood the directions to the enclosure part it was easier to put together. That takes at least 2 people. Its a great trampoline especially for the money, I looked at several ads for seperate trampoline and enclosures and this was a great buy.

The Airzone 14' Trampoline is and fun toy and easy to assemble once all the parts are there. It shipped free, so that saved us a lot of money (Thank you Amazon for free super saver shipping!) The trampoline and enclosure arrived in two boxes. After opening our packages and organizing all the parts, we realized that the trampoline was missing the tools to assemble and the screws. We were bummed, but not daunted. We ran down the road (nearest home depot 20 minutes out) and purchased the screws. We used one of the springs to replace one of the missing tools and a wrench to replace the other. No biggy.



Once we got the bouncy part together, we began on the enclosure. Another batch of screws were missing, so we made another trip to home depot and picked up what we thought were the correct screws and washers. In a matter of 24 hours, we assembled the trampoline and enclosure. Our children love it! Thank you Amazon.

It took about a week to arrive and was set up in a few hours. This has been a great decision as the kids love it and even the old man did his first flip the other day. Trampoline has a lot of bounce and though 14' seems a little too big the kids don't mind. Safety enclosure is a must. Don't know how we survived as kids.



I have been told the one without springs are safer but I also understand they don't get used for lack of bounce. Maybe that's why they are safer.

Not too hard to put together, but directions are horrible- blurry pictures, not much help. good quality for price. average stability. If you are looking to have multiple jumpers, or an adult to jump, find a different one, this one has a 250 lb weight limit and with an adult on it, you almost hit the ground when you jump.

I love my ebookman. I can take it anywhere and I have never had a problem with it. Most people are curious and ask what it is...they roll there eyes at me because i am a book-a-holic. This is not for me as bulky as the Kindle looks like...you can put a code in to keep people out. It gives you a calculator...to do list...voice recorder...just handy things to use.

actualy I do not own a Franklin e-book, but once I bought a Franklin multi-language dictionary (translator) with some 12 languages. Honestly, my impression was that this dictionary has more languages than words: it did not not contain many of very common and basic words, and when I called the service to inqure about returng the product, they refused and advised me sort of to shove it up (I wonder whether this word is in their vocabulary)...

Now, if this e-book is as good as their e-dictionary then what would you say?

I bought this primarily for e books and let me say I wasted my money big time! It went in the trash today. First of all the lighting was horrible and unless I was right under a lamp reading I couldn't see the words clearly. When your batteries go dead you will lose everything and then have to synchronize and download it all again! What a pain that is! Overall if you are looking for a device for reading e books don't bother with this one!

I had purchased this mainly because of the price and the fact that Franklin promised the ability to read Microsoft Reader format would be made available. A promise that was not kept. Mobipocket format and html formats could be read only and at that time there were not many books by known authors being brought out in those two formats. The battery life was very low and when the battery ran down you lost all of your content which meant you had to go thru the irritating process of downloading the operating system and contents all over again - which got very old very quickly. Installing batteries was not easy because if you didn't do it quickly enough, the device was wiped clean and you had to go thru the downloading of the operating system AGAIN. There were too many times that I was in the middle of reading a book and had to change the batteries only to have the device wiped clean - which meant I had to wait until I got back home in order to reload the operating system. The device was very small and the print was hard to read. If you used the backlight it ran the battery down faster - which from what I stated above you definitely didn't want to have happen. Within a short period the wheel used to page up or down broke and I had to order another device which entailed reloading the operating system and content. Franklin website does not even offer the ebookman anymore and refers you to another online company. Tech support was absolutely non-existant for this product and since Franklin is not selling it directly I have a feeling tech support would be completely non-existant now. This product is something I would not recommend to anyone. If you wish to have something that is user friendly, reliable and great to just read ebooks - I would highly recommend the ebookwise reader.

After owning the EBM 911 for two years, reading several books on it, and really wanting to like it, I finally gave up in total frustration and threw it in the trash. The main problem is the operating system...which must be downloaded anytime the batteries run low. What you learn very quickly is that the unit drains the batteries even when it is turned off. So when the batteries die, you lose everything that you've had on the unit: addresses, books, notes, even the operating system. On a dialup connection, it takes 30 minutes or so to get the OS online and then resynchronize everything so that you get your files back and get the darn thing running again. If you were in the middle of reading a book when it went down, it's very time consuming to find your place again. While it comes with a CD with the OS, if you have gotten a book from a vendor different from Franklin's distributors, you sometimes run into little problems of compatibility that have to be corrected. I began to add up all the time I'd spent messing around with this thing and finally decided that it was a massive waste of time and an aggravation nobody needs in their lives. I was surprised to discover that two other friends had given up on this product long before I did. I wonder how many eBookmans have found their final resting place in landfills. Franklin owes consumers an apology for this ill-conceived piece of junk.

The gel rest is too hard, and the mouse pad part is smaller than a regular mousepad and too slick for ball mouse device. Works okay with optical mouse device, but like I said it's just so-so. The design is on the bottom and is viewed through the transparent gel. Looks okay.
